Creating and Securing Your Account

To register at PK7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and could lead to the closure of all linked accounts.

You are fully responsible for protecting your login details, password, and account. If you notice unauthorized access or any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately. PK7 may ask for ID documents or other verification materials to confirm your identity.

Your Responsibilities as a PK7 User

Only transact with your own valid payment methods. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or doing unauthorized activities through a proxy is not allowed. Abusive, threatening, or deceptive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines for Using the PK7 Platform

PK7 is built purely for personal entertainment, and the platform is open only to players who are at least 21 years old. Everything you see on the site — the games, the layout, the promos, even the way the pages are arranged — is meant for your own enjoyment and not for any commercial purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content, design, or information from the platform in any form, unless PK7 has given you written permission beforehand. Bots, scripts, and any other form of automated or fraudulent technical manipulation are completely banned on PK7. Payments & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on PK7 are carried out in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply across the board, and PK7 may change these limits at any time at its own discretion. For funding your account, you can use approved payment channels such as Maya, USDT, and other accepted methods. Always check the latest deposit instructions before making a transaction, since account details may be updated from time to time.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, PK7 may require you to complete identity verification to confirm that the account belongs to you. If you deposited funds under a promotional offer, those funds plus any related winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of that offer have been fully satisfied. In the event that a transaction is found to be fraudulent, the entire transaction will be voided and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

PK7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without prior notice, for any reason — including, but not limited to, violations of these terms and conditions. If your account gets suspended or closed, any valid balance will still be returned to you, but only after standard verification is completed. That said, if the account is tied to fraud or any serious breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

PK7 will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss that you may experience while using the platform, unless it can be clearly shown that the loss resulted from PK7's own negligence. All content, software, designs, and trademarks found on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of PK7. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials may expose you to legal action.

The PK7 site may include links or services run by third parties. PK7 has no control over these external resources and will not be held responsible for their content or how they operate. You're welcome to use them, but you should review their own policies on your own.
